HOW DID YOU COME TO DO THIS WORK?
My mom introduced me to yoga and meditation when I was 17. Ever since, I have been motivated by building a freeing and creative relationship to myself, to others, and to my life.
WHAT CAN I EXPECT WHEN I COME TO YOUR CLASS?
We will breathe, we will be still, we will inquire into the nature of our own minds and contemplate our belief structures, we will get to know silence.
WHAT CHANGES HAVE YOU WITNESSED IN YOUR STUDENTS?
I can only comment on the changes I have witnessed in my own life and they are too numerous to recount. The practice has touched every aspect of my life in beautiful and generous ways. Asana, meditation, self inquiry and contemplation offer endless tools and practical applications to be down with whatever arises in my life and has given me the confidence to be able to work with life’s events in a creative and healthy way.
