Full Moons mark the culmination of the lunar cycle. As the Sun illuminates the Moon, what was once hidden is brought into view, creating a time of revelation and reflection. The Full Moon represents a moment of fullness, vitality and fruition, a time to recognize what we have cultivated and brought into being. As the energetic moment when Yang begins shifting into Yin, we naturally move toward release, letting go, completion, surrender and making space for what comes next. Whereas the New Moon is a time of planting seeds in the dark, the Full Moon is the time of harvesting what has grown into the light.

The ARIES Full Moon highlights our identity and instinct to take action. This particular Full Moon lands within a larger cycle of significant new beginnings, as we stand on the precipice of an entirely new collective story. As the first sign of the zodiac Aries gives us the opportunity to start fresh, seeding a new narrative for this next chapter. We will work with the FIRE energy of this initiatory sign to burn away what needs to be released, while igniting the spark of life and light that will guide our way forward and initiate us into the new.

Through movement, meditation, breath and sound we will journey through a Full Moon Lunar Ritual, attuning to the energies of this planetary moment, while connecting with the larger cycles and rhythms that move through us and around us.
