Full Moons are a time to pause and reflect, marking the peak of the lunar cycle. A time of illumination and fruition—a moment to recognize what has grown and come to life. As the Sun illuminates the Moon, what was once hidden can come into view, giving us the opportunity to release what we no longer need and make space for what’s next.

This CANCER Full Moon calls us into the womb of our own self nurturing, the safety of the home we build inside ourselves. Cancer is both the mother that sees and loves and the child that yearns to be seen and loved unconditionally. We’ll work with the WATER energy of Cancer to nourish our inner landscape, revealing what needs to be dissolved to access true emotional security.

Through movement, meditation, breath, and sound, we’ll journey through a Full Moon Lunar Ritual—a space to reflect, release, renew, and connect with the energy of the Moon, using this moment in the lunar cycle to support our own growth, transformation, and personal evolution.
