FUNCTION FOR YOUR FIRST FLOOR - Part One: THE HIPS (Friday December 4th)
Learn end-range strength building techniques for the 360 degrees circumference of your hips. This comprehensive workshop will break down all the actions of the hip joint and offer creative and simple ways to isolate these actions with intelligence and precision. Consider this work as a home practice to help you improve the way you move on and off the mat. All levels welcome.

FUNCTION FOR YOUR SECOND FLOOR - Part Two: THE SHOULDERS (Friday January 8th)
Learn end-range strength building techniques for the 360 degrees circumference of your shoulders. We will focus on all the actions of the shoulder joint and also the scapula. We’ll practice simple and intelligent ways to target these actions in isolation and learn how to improve range of motion in this area. You’ll leave with a home practice in your back pocket and the tools to help you improve your shoulder mobility going forward. All levels welcome.
