The theory added layers and dimension that had been lacking from my practice, it opened a doorway of understanding to the body mind connection and how to participate in my own well being.
HOW HAS KATONAH YOGA CHANGED YOUR PRACTICE & TEACHING?
It has given me a different dialogue, language and approach to my practice and how I teach. It has helped me gain insight into my own patterns, providing me with tools to change them and an overall way to navigate life.
HOW HAVE YOU SEEN KATONAH YOGA CHANGE STUDENTS?
While it's difficult to speak to exactly how the practice has changed students, because I can’t speak to others experiences, what I have seen is students physical bodies change. I know of pain and discomfort that has been diminished or disappeared altogether. I can speak directly to how it has changed my own life, enhancing how I inhabit my own body and the world.
