SEMINAR SERIES - TAOIST NUTRITION
with Master Hou

Wednesdays September 8th, September 15th, September 22nd, September 29th (2-4pm EST)
Price: $100 full program ($30 per session)

In Traditional Chinese Medicine, proper nutrition and digestion is the foundation of good health. More than counting calories and vitamins, traditional wisdom relies on eating in balance with each season of the year in accordance with Yin and Yang principles and Five-Element Theory.

Join us for a series of sessions where we will explore how to eat for each season from a Taoist perspective. Master Hou will teach the best foods to eat to achieve balance and vibrant health, as well as which foods should be avoided season to season. Dietary recommendations for specific health conditions will also be explained and seasonal recipes and ingredients will be presented.

WEEK 1 - FALL (Wednesday September 8th)
This session will explore nutrition and recipes for the fall season.

WEEK 2 - WINTER (Wednesday September 15th)
This session will explore nutrition and recipes for the winter season.

WEEK 3 - SPRING (Wednesday September 22nd)
This session will explore nutrition and recipes for the spring season.

WEEK 4 - SUMMER (Wednesday September 29th)
This session will explore nutrition and recipes for the summer season.
