Full Moons are a time to pause and reflect, marking the peak of the lunar cycle. A time of illumination and fruition—a moment to recognize what has grown and come to life. As the Sun illuminates the Moon, what was once hidden can come into view, giving us the opportunity to release what we no longer need and make space for what’s next.

This TAURUS Full Moon centers around the material resources and value systems that create genuine core stability in our lives. Under this lunation we are invited to honestly consider where comfort becomes stagnation. We’ll work with the EARTH energy of Taurus to compost what needs to die off, releasing stagnant energy, coming into to the wisdom of the body to unearth what must shift for a more stable foundation to take root.

Through movement, meditation, breath, and sound, we’ll journey through a Full Moon Lunar Ritual—a space to reflect, release, renew, and connect with the energy of the Moon, using this moment in the lunar cycle to support our own growth, transformation, and personal evolution.
