MEDITATION SERIES - YOU THROUGH TIME
with Ally Bogard

Thursdays May 6th, May 13th, May 20th, May 27th (2-4pm EST)
Price: $100 full program ($30 per session)

Contemplative meditation has long been used as a practice of looking at one’s life experiences from a higher vantage point and beginning to see things from a different point of view. Differing slightly from mindfulness meditation, the act of engaging the contemplative practice can help one move through life transitions more easily, make decisions more clearly, and can even be used as an act of seeking the perspective of a Divine Source.

Join us for a series of contemplative meditations, which will include breathing practices, mindfulness teachings and guidance to help move to the contemplative and more active state of diving into your own mind. All levels welcome.

PRACTICE 1 - Visiting Your Yonger Self (Thursday May 6th)
In this practice you will be guided to integrate your younger self and provide the attention, nurturing and guidance that your younger self required.

PRACTICE 2 - Visiting All Parts of Yourself (Thursday May 13th)
In this practice you will be guided to welcome all of the disparate parts of yourself back to the whole. Those you deem beautiful and those you feel are in shadow - all parts will be welcomed back.

PRACTICE 3 - Visiting Your Current Self (Thursday May 20th)
A good ol’ fashioned check in will be taught in this practice. Using the quadrinity of body, mind, heart and spirit, you will have a chance to listen intently to any messages your current self is wanting to transmit.

PRACTICE 4 - Visiting Your Future Self (Thursday May 27th)
Create new energetic and neural pathways for your energy body to help you live your life forward.
