WINTER SOLSTICE RITUAL

Endings and beginnings. Darkness and light. Rituals root us in presence. Join us there. Our winter solstice ritual includes nourishing physical practice, flame meditation and the creation of a deeply warming herbal decoction.

Please bring a tennis ball, a candle, 20 cloves, 10 bay leaves, 4 inches ginger root, one cinnamon stick and some powdered chaga or other mushroom if desired.
